Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Answer multi-line phone system
2. Heavy phone customer service
3. Schedule appointments
4. Invoice processing
5. Light accounts receivable
6. Data entry

Qualifications:

1. Must be dependable, organized, motivated and able to multi-task.
2. Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
3. Excellent phone skills required.
4. Must be customer service oriented and thrive on answering phones.

Qualifications:

1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. High school degree

5. Train customers in the proper use of fire equipment

Our ideal candidate:
A mechanically inclined individual who enjoys communicating with customers.  Company vehicle will be provided during working hours, so a good driving record is a must.  We will train the right person.

Salary:
Varies - hourly plus commission.

2. Install fire suppression systems at customer facilities
3. Make fire and safety product and service recommendations

 Our ideal candidate:
A mechanically inclined individual with pipe threading, cutting experience is preferred.   Company vehicle will be provided, thus a clean driving record is a must.  Ability to work with our customers, while providing great customer service.  We will train the right person.

Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
