One customer may regard "exceptional" service as automatically showing up at his facilities when his extinguishers are due for the required maintenance. While another customer may consider telephoning to set up an appointment before showing up at his facilities for annual maintenance as "exceptional" service. Still another may view courteous responses like "Yes Sir!" and "Thank you very much Mrs. Smith!" as "exceptional" service.
No matter what "exceptional" service means to you, it is our goal to meet and exceed those expectations.
To help remind us of the need to give each customer special treatment, we have a motto. The Illinois Fire Extinguisher Company, Inc. motto is "WE WILL TREAT EVERY CUSTOMER AS IF THEY WERE OUR ONLY CUSTOMER". Although our company continues to grow, it is entirely due to your satisfaction with our services.
The idea, of course, is that if we only had one customer, we would have no choice but to provide them with "exceptional" service or go out of business. Though our customer list currently numbers in the thousands, we could easily lose each of them unless we continue to commit ourselves daily to this principle.
Our success is also due to promising people who share our commitment to providing "exceptional" service. Our employees are the backbone and fibre of our company and our success is largely because of them.
